The UHSRC continuously reviews and approves research applications throughout the year. The committee meets monthly from September to May to review studies that are above minimal risk requiring full board approval. Proposals for the full board should be submitted two weeks prior to the meeting dates.
Faculty and doctoral student research that includes the use of human subjects must be approved by the University Human Subjects Review Committee, Institutional Review Board (IRB).
