Orienting students, research fellows, residents, and staff to those standards, policies and procedures, and to the maximum extent possible, seeing to it that those standards are upheld
Overseeing work performed by students, research fellows, residents and staff to ensure that each has the knowledge, information, and skills necessary to meet those standards
